Profiles Software, founded in 1986, is a software house spe­cialized in designing and implement­ing standard­ busi­ness solutions.

PIMS, Profiles Inte­grated Man­agement System, is our landmark ERP suite.  The first version of PIMS was released in 1988.

PIMS is designed with the following goals in mind:

Today, PIMS is used in over 3,000 sites, many of which are multi-company groups.  PIMS offers Account­ing, Stock-Control, POS, Production, Fixed-Assets, Payroll and Human-Resources mod­ules.

While its users enjoy unequalled ease of use, PIMS main­tains their business compliant with the most pro­fes­sional managerial and auditing standards.

A dedicated Customer Support team constantly assists PIMS users in all respects: training, implementa­tion, up­grading, improv­ing.  Assistance is provided remotely, on-site, or by phone or e‑mail.

At the same time, the Product Development team keeps improving PIMS, perfecting exist­ing features, and impl­e­ment­ing new capabilities, based on users’ sugges­tions.
